You Break Through

It’s been a year since my son first got his braces and started coming to this office, and we’ve had nothing but a great experience here. Dr. Meky, Dr. Leah, and Dr. Cardenas have all been amazing!! Everyone who has ever assisted with cleaning or ortho has always been great!! And today, Evan was extremely helpful and had great customer service!! I love that he tried to make a connection with my son and was very personable and make the experience a pleasant one since this appt was definitely a longer one than usual because of both a cleaning, exam and ortho. Definitely appreciate him for going above and beyond. And I definitely can’t forget Lauren, in the front office, she has also gone above and beyond for us, especially when my son had to get an extraction done within the last month and she did everything she could to help me get the clearance form from my sons hematologist even when I struggled to get it. She’s always so helpful and sweet and I just love her spirit! Anyways I could go on and on cause there are more that have been helpful but I’m also the worst with names. Definitely recommend them!

There is nothing scarier for a child than going to the dentist and hearing the word "extraction". My son heard that today. He had an infection under a baby tooth and the medically best choice was to pull it out. My son had a bit of a panic attack and was begging to go home. The staff was so patient and understanding and gave him the time and space he needed to process and get ready. Steph continued to provide comforting words and encouraging my son as he worked through all of it. Dr. Leah made sure my son understood what she was doing every step of the way. She was patient and answered all his questions (my son is 9 and has all the questions). Taking her time and moving slowly and deliberately to ensure the least discomfort made this a much better experience. It is obvious that the doctor and staff truly know how to make going to the dentist much less stressful on the little ones and this mama too. We all need to take care of our teeth and Steph and Dr. Leah made it as easy as it can be.

Thank you to Dr. Leah and Steph again for the awesome job they performed on my 4 yr old. This is his second session and went off with flying colors. They are so professional and put my son at ease. Getting dental work with them is a piece of cake. I highly recommend them if you need a dentist for your kids.
